Ever described your problem to someone and it feels like they just don't understand your business. They start to talk about tech stacks and languages and API's and Dev Ops and all you're wondering is "have you grasped my problem and can you solve it for me?"

We understand business. We speak the language of business. We describe our solutions in terms of what it does for your profits, your sales, your operational efficiencies, your risk management, your controls, your people; the technology comes second to that for us.

We had a client come to us once saying they wanted to build a stock count system using a specific scanner and they wanted their product integrated into the scanner software and able to work offline so that their stock-counting efficiency would exceed any of their competitors.

We'd never built software for that scanner; we'd never even heard of it. There were so many unanswered questions. We didn't need the work at that stage.

Our response? Simple. We've never done it before but that sounds like an interesting problem to solve. We built it. It was fun and it was good. We don't trade in "can't." We love complex problems; they inspire us. The question is not "can it be done?" The question is "should it be done" and "is it worth the cost."

Excellence is something that we value; something that we live and breathe. Not just something we aim for in our outputs. It really bothers us when something is not perfect. So we work hard at exceeding our own expectations; when we do that we know that we will exceed yours.
